1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused and in original packaging
- The request is made within 24–48 hours of delivery
⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene reasons, some items (e.g., nails or personal-use items) may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged by misuse
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within the allowed time
- Share:
- Order number
- Clear pictures/video of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm your request
Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.
4. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in case of:
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
- Refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Processing time:
- 5–7 business days after approval
6. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side, return shipping cost will be covered by RaghadStore
- For other cases (if applicable), the customer may bear shipping charges
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Important Notes
- Please record a video while opening your parcel as proof in case of any issue
- Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted
