1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next working day.
During peak seasons or sales, processing time may slightly increase.

2. Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Charges: PKR 250
Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs.3000/-

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email.
You can track your order through the courier’s tracking system.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
Our courier partners may contact you before delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

7. Address Accuracy

Please provide complete and accurate shipping details (address, phone number, city).
RaghadStore is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures as proof.
We will assist you with replacement or resolution as per our return policy.
